Exchange Policy

We are carefully checking quality and inspection the products.

However, we are responsible for exchange which defective product.

Please contact our customer service for the specific situation (send email or call customer service).

 

For Cancellation

You may cancel the order through e-mail before shipment.

If you purchase with non-deposit account, you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.

If you'd like to cancel order after shipment, we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.

 

For Return and Exchange

If you need to exchange/return product, please contact us via email or call our customer service. The items should be returned within 7 days of received date.

Under the condition of inappropriate size, you can exchange when stock is available.

Exchange/refund caused by “change their mind”, we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.

As soon as your application is confirmed, we will inform you corresponding cost.

Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement, defective goods and shipped incorrectly item.

 

* In addition, exchange/return is carried out as per terms & policy.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

l   Non-defective, shipped correctly item.

l   Doesn’t have any reason for return.

l   Customer tears off the tags, labels or price from the product.

l   All the items must be unworn and in same condition it was received

l   Any scratch and damage by customer.

l   Products must be returned in the original box or packing.

l   Exceeded the return time period.

 

Refund Policy

If returned items regarding quality issues, please contact our customer service after receiving the product. Once the application is approved, you will receive email confirmation of the return.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. It takes around 15 working days for the refund to credit in your account, depending on the payment methods.

* The returned product must be new, unused and in its original packaging (included all tags, labels and price.)

Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer's internal procedures.
